Terms of Service
By using Wohooo you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English.
1. The service
Wohooo provides an online tool for generating digital business cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet format. The service is available at wohooo.me.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wohooo. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Free tier
Free users may generate one digital business card per email address. We enforce this limit using a one-way hash of your email. Free cards include basic templates and a downloadable QR code image.
4. Paid tier
Pro cards are available for a one-time payment of $9.99 USD, processed via Stripe. Payment grants you a permanent licence to the generated wallet pass file. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If your pass fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will regenerate it or issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Card file retention
Generated card files are stored on our servers for 7 days from the date of creation, then permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download your card within this window. We are not liable for files that have been deleted per this schedule.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Wohooo only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Create cards containing false, misleading, or fraudulent contact information
- Attempt to circumvent the free-tier limit through technical means
- Use the service to impersonate another person
- Scrape, abuse, or overload our systems
7. Intellectual property
The Wohooo name, logo, and website design are our property. The contact data you enter is yours. The generated wallet pass file, once downloaded, belongs to you under a personal, non-transferable licence.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Wohooo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, or that wallet passes will function correctly across all versions of Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (compatibility is subject to changes made by Apple and Google).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wohooo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the service
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will not reduce functionality for paid users without reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wohooo is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
