I didn't receive my card by email
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
I need to update my details
Create a new card at wohooo.me/create — each card is a one-time generation. If you paid for the original, email us and we'll sort out a discount.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the pass wasn't downloaded. Email us with your order details.
